weekend run and late starting new week

Saturday, ran 9.12 miles in 1:20:05 for a pace of 8:46. Let's see ... regarding long runs .... Well, they are long. After 6 miles I started feeling it in my feet. I got no blisters; I think I was just getting tired. It did feel pretty good. And I didn't totally crash for the rest of the day.

Sunday, skipped running. Monday, skipped running. Tuesday (today), did Monday's run. 1 mile warm up, 2 mile tempo, and 1 mile cool down. Ran tempo of 2.07 miles in 15:33 for a pace of 7:29. It was kind of cold out, but it was good weather for running in the middle of a work day.

Will be interesting to see how this week plays out for my running goals. Tomorrow morning will be a tough wake up call. Thursday lunch will be good. Then the Saturday long run. I'll have to see if I'll be able to fit in a Sunday run this weekend. How about I just keep plodding on and we'll see where it all lands, huh? Ok!
