Ok, back into at least 3 workouts in a week! And I'm already over the 20 mile mark! Now I just need to keep up (like actually run tomorrow - Saturday) to be able to make 100 miles this month. I have a feeling it will be close.
Ran 4.07 miles today, even though I was supposed to yesterday. Ran it in 34:24 for a pace of 8:27. Definitely felt better than I did on Wednesday morning. Maybe sleeping in yesterday helped?
So my first test is getting in the long run tomorrow. My next test is running on a Sunday. After that, the rest of next week should be "easy." Yeah, famous last words! Well, just keep plodding on ....
