Well, talk about the end of the year blahs! I just counted up my mileage and workout stats. Until last week, I had posted 19 consecutive weeks of at least 20 miles per week (walking and running). Until last week, I had posted 17 consecutive weeks of running at least 3 times per week. My big excuse for last week was how lousy I was feeling. Ok, now I'm feeling better. Now what?
Well, apparently I forgot how to wake up in the mornings. I got everything ready last night because I knew that this morning would be easier to run than tomorrow morning. And after my alarm went off, I just lay in bed "for a little while." Well, an hour later, it was more than just a little while later. Fortunately I was conscious enough at that time to go back to sleep for another hour. Might as well take advantage!
So we'll se how tomorrow goes. Did a little bit of a walk today, so mileage hopefully won't end up totally impossible to make up. But hey, only 12 more weeks in the year! Wow. The year is going by fast. Have to see if I make it to post tomorrow.
