I got up this morning and didn't really feel like running. But I knew I needed to. I looked outside and it looked like it had rained. Plus it felt like a wall of humidity as soon as I walked out the door. So I went to the gym to run on the treadmill. When I got there I really didn't feel like running. When I started, I really really didn't feel like running! So I thought, Ok, I'll run for at least 10 minutes and then I'll see how I feel. I had no idea how I was going to make that first 10 minutes! But once I made it, I just kept running. You know, the next 10 minutes. And then I was only 10 minutes away from my goal of 30 minutes!
So there you have it. 30 minutes non-stop. Good sweat. Good run. Too bad I couldn't go back to sleep.
