Thursday at lunch, ran the scheduled 4 mile tempo run. It was warmer and nicer out than I thought it was going to be. There was plenty of sunshine with a temperature of 48 degrees and a 8 mph wind from ENE. The tempo run was hard. I was definitely pushing myself to keep the pace. The route was the same as last week's 3 mile tempo - along the roads to Kyle Park, around the ball fields, and back on the bike trail. The additional mile came from continuing down the trail to the far side of the bridge past the nature center. A lot more sweat. What a workout!
