Food: Wed night, ate at church. Chicken noodle soup, hamburger, and banana pudding. I liked it! Afterward at home, had some burned popcorn. Breakfast, ate a grapefruit and beef fried rice (cause I'm eclectic like that). Lunch, chickened out of running in the cold again (it was 18 degrees with winds at 21 MPH) and ate beef and noodles from the other night.
Sleep: less than 5 1/2 hrs. Maybe more like 5. I don't remember.
Ran on the treadmill at the gym. I did realize something though: on Saturday, it will be cold, and I'm still gonna run outside. It's a scheduled run to meet Tim out there, so there's no wimping out of that. Could I blame the last two wimp outs on the lack of anyone here to run with me? Well, that would be kind of lame. I was given a "medical" excuse for the last one. Or to at least to give NOT running in the cold a medical consideration. Well, the gym was full and I was able to work on my abs and some weights before a treadmill opened up. The three miles was pretty easy, and I distracted myself by watching Purdue and Wisconsin go at it on the hardwood.
