It was still dark and early (5am), but it was warm and humid. 73 degrees with no wind. Warmer than yesterday. The miles today were just on the schedule. I figured that since I ran an extra mile each on Monday and Wednesday, there was no reason to add anything to today. And yesterday's workout was pretty hard.
I was pretty sleepy at the start but easily got into the groove. I tried to keep a constant pace and somehow was able to keep it from getting out of control. I felt pretty good afterward, other than the fact that I was soaking in sweat.
