My first time at "Grandma" Brown's place in Michigan. The kids absolutely love it here! So this morning I was kind of back and forth about going ahead and running or not. By the time I got out the door, it was 9:20am (kind of late for a Saturday morning run). Earlier I started out mapping a run around town and looked up the local temperature. But our discussions led me to re-think some of the route.
So it was at least 70 or so starting out, and it was cool exploring Edwardsburg. Running through town was neat because of the shade from the trees. But town was pretty small, so I had to go a bit out of town to make up some miles, then there was a loop by the school, then ending up by the lake behind Grandma's house. It was nice. It was fun. And my pace turned out to be faster than I thought it was.
