This week I decided that I better try to make up for not running last week. But I didn't want to kill myself by overtraining. So these are all basically "easy" runs.
Today was supposed to be a 2 mile easy run anyway. I was able to wake up early and run on the treadmill at the gym. And it's a good thing I did, because I had to run errands at lunch anyway. And of course, after work was more "running around" with no time to run.
Total Distance - 2.16 mi; Time - 20:00; Pace - 9:15
