Not much different on the rest last night. It may have been less time than the night before, but inadvertantly turned into a little bit more as I fell asleep after turning off my alarm. Yeah, I need to work on that. On the plus side, I got my shower and everything about the fastest ever!
Food, let's see. Last night I ate some rice and broccoli and egg mixed in. Add some soy sauce, and it wasn't bad. Later on, Glynis got a Hot Head Burrito and picked up another one for me (since it was 2 for $10 night). I ate about half of it cause Katie wanted to try it. In the morning I had the same thing: grapefruit and superbowl oatmeal. At about 10 or so I had some tortilla chips.
For the run I found out that I forgot my GPS receiver. So I ran a "standard" course since I know the distances. Weather was nice: 34 degrees with winds from ESE at 6 MPH. With the hard workout, I got quite hot and sweaty. And then afterwards I compared my times. Whoa, obviously I have no sense of pace! It was a great workout, but my tempo was like a minute faster than my goal, and my "cool down" was actually at my goal tempo pace. Well, I got it over with more quickly!
