Once again another early morning! I must have been feeling better at this point, because rising this early has been tough lately. I've been spoiled by my lunchtime runs for sure. Anyway, got on the treadmill and after a mile decided to try some interval work. So I picked up the pace for a minute and then slowed down for a minute. I kept up this back and forth for about a mile (a total of 5 cycles of fast/slow). Then cooled down for a mile. It definitely broke up the treadmill run.
