Ok, here's a motivational story for you. It was cold. It was windy. I had options because not only did I have my clothes for running outside, but I also had shorts and a t-shirt for running inside. So i was seriously considering running inside. But I talked with Jim and he was going to try running a couple of miles outside. So closer to 11 I looked at the weather and saw that it was 25 degrees out with west winds at 20 mph! Yeah, quite the wind chill! But then I searched my past runs and saw that I had run worse. So outside I went. I ran to the park and took the bike trail north. As I neared the one mile mark I saw Jim turn around up there. I debated in my head if I wanted to turn around at the one mile or the one and a half. I turned around at one. But at the end I stretched it out by running past the start up to the street, then back to the office. Not a bad run. It was still helpful to have my mask on. And running along the trail I was kind of sheilded from the winds by the trees and hills.
